You pay two things: $10 for each notarized signature — the most Florida law allows — and one flat travel fee for your town, from $40. A few extras apply only when you need them. We tell you the total before we book.

Example: two signatures notarized at a home in Cape Coral = 2 × $10 + $50 travel = $70. You get the total before we book.
What "per signature" means
Each time we notarize a signature, that is one notarial act. Two people signing the same document is two acts. One person signing three documents that each need notarizing is three acts.

The travel fee pays for our time and travel to reach you. It is separate from the notary fee, and it is quoted in full before you book.
When extras apply
- Hospital, care home or jail visit (+$25): these visits take longer to arrange and complete.
- Same-day rush, evenings or weekends (+$50): when you need us outside normal hours or at short notice.
- Witnesses ($25 each): only if your document needs witnesses and you don't have your own.

No. Florida law says a notary may not charge for witnessing a vote-by-mail ballot.
Do you charge more for loan signings?
Yes. Loan signings are full closing packages and take much longer. They start at $125.
